Scoring Model for Prediction of Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) in Early Pregnancy

Aim: The objective of this prospective cohort study is to create a scoring model for prediction placenta accreta in early pregnancy by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler.Materials Methods: In our study, we investigated 146 Patients at high risk PAS using two dimensional Doppler findings suggestive pregnancy. At time delivery, diagnosis was confirmed clinically.Results: Significant 2D were; low implantation the gestational sac, presence placental lacunae sac or overlapping uterine scar transvaginal Intraplacental dilated vessels ultrasound. A created these significant addition number previous CS deliveries. cut-off point 4.5 (out 7.5 total score value) used cases with sensitivity 77% specificity 95%.Conclusion: standardized assessment based on cesarean deliveries, 2D- can predict women highest morbidly adherent relatively specificity.
